I too requested a free trial of acai powder for just shipping and was billed $82.31 2 times before I realized it! I have complained to the company, which has no physical address, only to be told that if I returned the product, I would have a refund. I only received the free product that I paid shipping for, not the supposed 2 other billed shipments. I am furious! The last call I made I was told to complain online to: [email protected].
