DOME Cafe

Wanted to chill at Dome Cafe in KLCC, ordering just a coffee and wedges. Long waiting for such simple items, and noticed all these staff just blindly bringing the food around, asking each table if this is what they ordered. Wow, this is very 'efficient' and 'systematic'. The manager dissapeared during peak dinner time. And the staff couldnt care less of another angry customer. So expensive... yet.. so unprofessional. Mamak staff are much better. read full review »

MAS AIRLINE had decided to utilize ONE and ONLY SMS to inform customers on rescheduled flights, and make assumption that they will definitely receive it, seen it, remember it. They just couldnt be bothered to email a new e-ticket, or call to confrm. The best part is, when I called to ask, the customer service agent said proudly, 'We have already notified you by SMS on the 19, May, 2009.
