I have been trying for over a month to download Norton Internet Security 2009... I've done all the things required...Even on line Chat where they would correct problem...Came up with same Failed to Complete..<br /> I've wasted enough time and money on this...Please refund my American Express Card Order # 782137810 Total $ 57.98 I've tried E-Mailing www.myNortonAccount.com can't do.. Customer Service no answer!<br /> I do have dial up and that might be part of problem but someone should have told me to buy a DVD...
