The owner of this company sued a part time employee (unsuccessfully) for debts owed by the company the employee worked for knowing full well the employee was not the person liable having previously recouped a portion on the debt from the actual liable person. Ethics questionable and cost alot of time and money and distress for the employee and had to go through two court cases.
