This week I received my cell phone bill and noticed it was about $10 higher than normal. I looked at the detail and saw a charge for $9.99 for Premium Text Service. I called Verizon to find out why I was being charged and was told that I had somehow subscribed to a Premium Text Service thru Solow.com (as in our morals are 'so low' that we don't care who we scam as long as we get rich).
