I bought the lawnmower, because of the great reputation of the Toro Brand...and bought the most upscale or expensive model BOS system, which is newly offered this year. The advertisement was "guaranteed to Start" . I just bought the lawnmower one week ago, and started it only once, after pulling the starting cord about 14-16 times, witnessed by my neighbor and she couldn't even start it.
