hi dont know who to talk to just wanted to know where i can lay a complaint due to the bad service im receiving from MTN Paarl mall branch. I took my phone in a week ago for repairs call the repair centre a week later only to be told my phone has never arrived, so i called the store only to be put on hold for 20 min. and to be told the phone fell threw the draw and was lying in the back of the cupboard. and they will send it of this monday.so if i never called would my phone have ever been sent off ?? we will never know but they dont have... read full review »
