My friend bought a ceramic fondue set at Rocky Chocolate Factory, it cost $20, and it cracked after the first use. So we went back to Rocky to return/exchange it, and we were told: "The fondue set came from China, the factory in China made them, we cannot do anything about it." I was amazed.
