Rogers Video charged me $70 for a couple of late videos which I could have purchased for about half that- membership cancelled- will be looking at Blockbuster or Netflix. My videos were late so I don't mind having to pay a late fee, but charging more than the replacement cost seems like blatant gouging to me. I was a member of Rogers Video for 9 yrs prior to this.
