I ordered a Norton 360 anti-virus product online - sold by Symantec. When I received confirmation that my product was shipped and charged to my account, I looked all over for shipping information and was only able to locate DigitalRiver.com. I was unable to contact Digitalriver.com, nor was I able to contact anyone at Symantec as the websites provided no phone number or e-mail address and kept reverting to the original menu.
