Having issues with a cell phone and plan that I just bought 2 weeks ago... was told (and documentation supported this) that I have unlimited evenings and weekends... on Friday night we got a message saying that we have 1 minute remaining, so I called Bell today. Was told by the rep that she couldn't do anything, because the cell plan we have is supported by another division (Solo) and they are not open until Monday.
