I'd like to file a complaint about the corporation SAMSUNG. We bought a PLASMA TV screen which are all the rage at the moment. Everyone seems to be buying them. We bought one, it broke within two months of us purchasing it. We also purchased a very expensive warranty. When we contacted SAMSUNG to ask them about repairing the TV which should be covered under warranty, they told us that cracks in the plasma are not covered under warranty!
