I ordered a Square Flower Basket with handle LF54-33 on September 15. Received confirmation e mail same evening. Product was delivered September 17. Only the product delivered was of inferior quality and the card that went with it "Congratuations Sara on a job well done. Love Lorraine Bill Natalie Ashley Amanda was not.
