Respected sir I am constrained to bring into your kind notice about the highly unprofessionalism shown by one of the your ticket-booking clerk in our small town called nahan in himachal Pradesh. On 17th of September I visited your booking office to book 26 tickets (sleeper class) for visiting various places in india with my parents, family and other relatives and neighbors.
