Dear Sir/Madam, I have found out today that my Norton Antivirus software which I have not been using for at least last 6 months since it has expired, has been renewed without any notice and my approval. My bank account has also been charged £39.99. This is not acceptable and I would like to claim my money back as I am not willing to use Norton anymore. Thank you for your help.
