Called K.S. Garage Door Ltd and they were able to come same day. The owner sent, Mani, one of their technicans, who arrived on time and fixed the broken spring within 45 minutes. He provided an excellent service at a reasonable price ($350, for the width and height of my gargage door). He was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Was told that the springs would last up to 10,000 cycles which is roughly 20 years for a vancouver home owner. This information is accurate as the last time the springs were replaced was with the previous home owner which was about 20 years ago as well. Highly recommend their services! read full review »
