A creditor failed to send me a billing statement for two months. I get a letter after Christmas requesting me to make the account current - Which I did. Two days later, I get a call, then another two days go by and I get another call. Then I was reminded that payment is due on the 9th of each month. Heck, no statement - am I suppose to pay blindly?
