We paid £119 for this warranty not realising the hundreds of complaints against them. They sent an engineer out 7 days ago who told us the sky box would need to be repaired, they would send another box while ours was away, this has not happened and no one has been in touch .vMy husband called them today and they said they could not get any more boxes but if they did our name was at the top of the list HA HA HA WONT HOLD OUR BREATHS!! With the amount of complaints I have read on line today about this company, how are they still being allowed to operate legally??? read full review »
