like others - my case i emailed the support same day on a 21 st monday. i signed up and same day i was asking where is the cancellation page from the support email. i got the reply 'conveniently' or should i say inconveninetly 2 days later on 23rd wednesday saying i cannot expire it as i crossed the 24 hours notice requirement.
