On July 26, 2009 I placed an order to buy a Laser Hair Removal called EPILA, through the official web site www.epila.net for a cost of USD 179.95. According to the terms and information displayed on the site, they can send it internationally to any country using a door to door service which has an extra cost of USD29.95 both concepts included on the billing to my credit card. The time for the shipping was from 7 to 14 working days but has been already 2 months since then and I never received the product and they are not giving my money back... read full review »
