My Samsung monitor's power supplied failed 12 days ago. It's still under warranty. I called the support line and arranged to have a new monitor crossed shipped with a deposit on my credit card, which would be removed once I returned the defective product. Before proceeding, they required that I fax the proof of purchase. I did this immediately. To make a long story short: I've now faxed it 6 times. They apparently still haven't received it.
