I would like to address Lisa Cotton: you say complaints here posted by people who have been cheated of their money may be competitors, how naive are you??? Do you think losing over £150 for a product that was supposed to only cost £1.95 to be a small matter??? I would like to make a request--- if you are not a rep of viv3 and you really had a good experience (and your mum too), why don't you order the products for us and we will pay you the p&p charges?
