I purchased Norton Antivirus and have had it running on my six computer network for years. One of the computers has obtained PC Defender virus, which is a virus that says our antivirus software is not working (duh) and we need to buy another one. This is a very common virus. Norton won't fix this unless I pay them $99.99. Inexcuseable. I've already paid them for virus software, and this is a virus that specifically targets my virus software, and this is a very common, well-known virus. I should not be charged additional money to fix this. I'm moving to McAfee. read full review »
