Technical team advised me to disconnect PVR and send in for checks because they could not figure out why it froze on the green screen and kept on rebooting, thats fine but the report back from the technician was all ok, then after having the unit professionally reinstalled and wasting 3 days and lots of money we are back to square 1 better still after contacting DSTV again I was told to do exactly what I had just done again... I reckon they do not know what they are doing and as a result are offering a very poor service resulting in us wasting time and money read full review »
