I had booked a Polo around 5 months back when I was promised delivery of the car in 6-8 weeks.I still do not have the car.The car dealer in navi mumbai has harrassed me in every manner possible.In fact I am tired of following up with each and every process.It is as though I am doing the dealer some favour by buying this car.All the enthusiasm has died down of owning a volkswagen, it is the worst experience in car buying I have ever experienced.I did not expect that the world renowned car co could have such low customer satisfaction policies.kindly, let me more how much more car buying trauma I still have to take . read full review »

Service is horrible. when a customer signs up ...a lot is promised and graduaaly rules change ...I signed up for a yearly contract and no i am suffering as there is no home delivery which was promised earlier.its been a month and most moviesI have watched, I have to go to their store to pick up physically.As i am bound by their yearly contract I am at a loss ...unless I take them to the consumer court.Despite complaints no one gets back to me and solves the issue...all that is done over and over again is that the complaint is recorded .I would not recommend it to anyone and after my yenure is over will never go for this service again. read full review »
