Terrible customer service. Once they have that prescription you are obligated to purchace future refills from them. Theyve got you ergo they can give you the worst service ever. In the real world you have to be friendly to your customers. You acknowledge their presence with a friendly smile or possibly say hello. When I said I wanted my prescription back because I had to wait an hour to pick it up and that in the future I would like to take my business to a pharmacy that was less busy I was told I couldnt have it.
