I have not had my phone for 4.5 months - yes months! I had it for two months and the speaker went - took it back to the shop (who have been brilliant!) and it was sent away - told 7-10 days. After many phone calls it came back after a month, checked it in the shop and there was no change. Off it went again...various phone calls and 2 further months down the line they agreed to replace the handset (mine was still in repair!) as a goodwill gesture. 7-10 days for delivery.
