I am Shaffiz from malaysia getting pissed off with the Celcom telecommunication provider in Malaysia. I am working abroad and once return back to malaysia I am stil using Celcom cellphone number 019 268 2860 which is has not being reload the airtime for a year. unfortunately once i return back to Malaysia than i reload and i can use it as usual such send a txt and call out but i cannot received any call or txt.
