I bought a Western Digital Media Player online from Best Buy on September 18, 2009, for $119.99. Six days later, their website price was $99.99. I e-mailed Best Buy customer service ([email protected]) to ask if their online price guarantee pertains to their own website and not just their competitors'. I was hoping for a $20.00 rebate, based on their 30 day price guarantee. That was September 24. On September 25, I checked their website and the price had jumped back up to $119.99.
