We had purchased a frost free refrigerator - RT45MCSM1 in the year 2008. From the beginning it had started giving trouble. Water was getting accumulated in the vegetable compartment and ice crystals were getting deposited on the vegetables/fruits and spoiling them. Samsung engineers had visited and inspected the fridge no of times but could not sort out the problem. After a lot of follow-up and hardship, the fridge was replaced with the new of same model/type.
