Booking staff very friendly, but I ended up paying 43% more than the ticket price because they let me change the flight dates "for free" on the phone, but charged my card anyway. At the airport, I got a business card showing 2 phone numbers for customer service +49-69-95968845 and +49-69-95968827. Keeps ringing, but no answer.<br /> I will stop changing flight dates.
