I need to get a replacement for my roasted pot which was bought 3 yrs ago and have warranty of 20 yrs but i can seem to be getting anywhere as they don't have a customer service. i went to their location or so call showroom and their office is just a joke. on top of that they have noone who can resolve your problem but instead they hired a bully name pamela who was of no help except very good as being insulting and rude. read full review »
