Don't use this company! We are 2 couples who booked cruises this summer 2009 with this company. They charged our credit cards and didn't submit payment to cruise line on time. They double charged on one card. We didn't even know there was a problem until we tried opening our cruise accounts online. We lost our balcony bookings, and had lower deck inside cabins (paid for balcony) until things got "sorted" out.
