I ordered Norton 360 Antivirus software online on 3/3/09. I sent Global Collect a check for $134.98. Check cleared on 03/05/09. I never rec'd the software. Subsequently, I ordered Norton 360 online and paid for it with my credit card. On July 2, 2009, I sent a letter with copy of canceled check and original invoice to Global Collect BV.
