I ordered the trial offer of the Dazzle smile teeth whitening pen. A few days later I recieved anther pack, that I didn't order and my debit card was charged $1.95 for my trial offer on 9-17-09. I placed this order through Dazzle Smile, but, a company called beauty club ended up as the one that charged my card. Then, a few days later on 9-21-09, I get a charge on my card for $ 48.92.
