Bought a dress off Beltal.com, seller was "bags-watch168". He sent the wrong dress, not at all the one I ordered and already paid $150 for. I tried to contact him several times (15) about returning it and getting the one I ordered and he never responded, not even once. I submitted the matter to Beltal for arbitration and sent pictures of the dress I received as evidence. They were useless.
