Same issues as others. Got charged a large amount on my credit card, when I am sure that the online info. stated that the trial bottles were free, and that only if you continued with your account would you start to be charged. Contacted them yesterday, and they say they have processed the cancellation, but are telling me that I am still responsible for the payment of the "trial" bottles.
