I am a brand new user of PS3, less than a week old. Yesterday I visited the Playstation Store to purchase a download game under the category of PSP, not knowing that PSP games are incompatible with PS3. I explained this new user mistake to Customer Support and they denied my request for a refund on this $14.99 game stating that "I own the mistake" and all sales are final.
