We bought a HotPoint Washing Machine on 3 May 2009, the machine seemed very loud when spinning and we decided to call the Comet to send somebody to have a look at it. The engineer arrived and told us there was nothing wrong with the machine, that it was the way they make them these days and that was it. OK we said, we'll have to get used to it.
