I received my visa bill a few weeks ago and found out that Rogers had billed me over four hundred dollars on my VISA bill. I had upgraded my service but some idiot at the company made a mistake and charged me a whole bunch of cancellation fees, even though I am still with the company. After many long phone calls I finally was able to to convince the idiots that they were wrong. So they credited me with over three hundred dollars in a refund.
