My compolaint to HSBC as follows... --------------------------------- I wish to register a complaint. On 05 Oct I used 'Pay Bills' facility online to make a Dh.3000 payment on my mobile. The money, as evidenced by an sms alert, was debited immediately. Now, 3 days later, my mobile has been cut off because HSBC has not yet transferred the money (yes, my money) to Etisalat to pay the bill.
