I had received a letter with legal threats from Collectcorp Inc. on March 25. I called, spoke to a woman by the name of Barbara who was told that I have bills for this place to pay for and pets to take care of, she TOLD me that I should not have pets and that I am living beyond my means. For a business, that's a pretty pathetic amount of customer service. Alright so the jist of this complaint is to reveal what Smiths Falls Canada Post office is really all about. <br /> <br /> My fiance receives checks EVERY WEEK for him to get to school and also support himself while he is in school. These checks come straight from the Ministry of Finance in Toronto. Since my fiance and I have moved from Perth to Smiths Falls we have had problems left right and center from this ridiculous and pathetic company called Canada Post. These people that work for this agency are scam artists. They overcharge, I mean who in their right mind charges 700, that;s right SEVEN HUNDRED, dollars for head shots and comp cards? I signed with them in July of 2009, I have only received ONE job and ONE audition since, if they are SOOO BIG in Toronto why was I not getting anymore? I hope this complaint helps some in their choice of agencies in Toronto.
