We have a small hotel, which when we get a bad review I always reply to it as 99.9% of the time it is some-one who has been refused service in the bar or partied in the room and been asked to leave. Some of the reviews are so untrue you cannot believe that trip advisor actually prints them. We also have tried email and calling amercia (from scotland!) and they do absolutely nothing.
