Dear Sir, This is to inform you that Airtel Friendz chat service was automatically subscribed on my account while I had not subscribed it. I spoke about this to your costumer care executives and she replied that that charges have been deducted from my balance. I want to know that without my wish how can your company subscribe any kind of unnecessary service in my account and charges me unnecessary debts.
