I m akash, i had booked a airtel dth installation on 8 oct. I was given schedule time 9 oct, 10 AM. but till today i.e. 11 oct, nobody has not come for installation not even i got any call from company regarding instalation. I have contacted twice to toll free no a made a complaint. i was assured that within 4 hrs my settop box will be installed but even after 24 hrs no action has been taken. If this is the condition of their service before installation, then god knows what kind of service they provide after the installation. now i m planning... read full review »
