I took petrol for Rs 1000 on 11-Oct-2009 from Aman Fill Point at Mayur Vihar Delhi, vide receipt no. 179688. When one persons at the pump started filling my car, the second person approached from other side and asked me to pay money. This diverted my attention and when I looked back, the meter was stopped at Rs 302, The guy told that there is some problem in the machine, and it will start in a little time, he then reset the machine to zero and gave me petrol for Rs 698 more.
