could not download software. you charged me twice for something that I cannot download. please credit my card, once on sept, 4, for 44.96, and once on the 18th of sept for 39.99. i will contact my credit card company if i don't get my card credited for something that i cannot get. read full review »

could not download software. upgraded to service pack 3. Have been charged twice on my credit card. Once on the 4th of Sept., for 44.98, and once on the 18th on Sept for 39.98. unable to download Norton Antivirus.
