I bought an air-conditioning at Carrefour supermarket on October 1st, 2009. The manager told me they would deliver the machine to my house the next day. But ten days has passed, they haven't delivered my product to me. I went there for explanation and solution on October 8th. They said they had financial issues with the supplier of the machine and suggested I return the product. They knew they had no such product, but they sold it to me.
