I am a customer who shops at Coles Pyrmont regularly since the store opened back in 2006, there has been a few managment turnovers throughout the years as I noticed, though staff were continuously performing up to standards with positive attitudes and friendly manners. Until recently, that positive vibe seems to have disappeared among the staff, there are new faces who do not seem to have a grasp of performing their tasks.
