I hold a Saving account with Sector 26, Personal banking branch (PBB) of State Bank of India. I was issued a Maestro debit card from the bank initially. Since i keep transacting a lot online, I have been requesting for a Visa debit card since last 4 months through the branch but every time they send a new type of maestro card but not the one being requested for. I have, at the moment, 3 Maestro cards but my problems remains the same. On top of it the response time is so long that one keeps waiting just to receive a 'not required' product, repeatedly.
